This is Ana Marinković

Ana Marinković (Serbian Cyrillic: Ана Маринковић, Belgrade, Kingdom of Serbia, 7 April 1881 ― Guéthary, France, 30 May 1973) was a well-known Serbian artiste from the slope of the century until the outbreak of World War II. She has paintings housed in the surviving collections of the Belgrade City Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, the National Museum of Serbia, and additional locations both in Serbia and abroad.
