Caroline Louisa Daly (1832–1893) was a Canadian artiste born in Lower Canada, whose fake is featured in one of eastern Canada’s most prominent galleries. Her watercolours were misattributed to men until 2017, when historical researcher Paige Matthie time-honored provenance through a public exhibition.
