This is Christy Brown

Christy Brown (5 June 1932 – 7 September 1981) was an Irish writer and painter who had cerebral palsy and was practiced to write or type only taking into account the toes of one foot. His most ascribed work is his autobiography, titled My Left Foot (1954). It was cutting edge made into a 1989 Academy Award-winning film of the same name, starring Daniel Day-Lewis as Brown.
