This is Edward McGuire

Edward Joseph McGuire AM (born 29 October 1964) is an Australian radio presenter, television presenter, journalist and Australian Football League fix for Fox Footy. He is along with an occasional Herald Sun newspaper columnist.

McGuire is the former president of the Collingwood Football Club; he stood the length of in 2021 after criticism of his handling of a relation outlining systemic racism and involvement in racism at the club. He has worked in sports journalism, sports broadcasting and as a game perform host. McGuire past hosted Nine Network’s The Footy Show from its air date in March 1994 until 2006. He returned for two years in 2017, leaving on the shows withdrawal in 2018 prior to its reformat.

He hosts Australia’s edition of the game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and, previously, 1 vs. 100. He is a former Nine Network CEO, resigning on 30 June 2007. He returned to commentating Friday night football in August 2007 contractually following Melbourne radio station SEN 1116 commentating one correspond a round. He is a director at the Victorian Major Events Company. He formerly hosted Triple M Melbourne’s breakfast show The Hot Breakfast.
