Frances Bagley (born April 7, 1946) is an American sculptor who was born in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Her sculptures are made from many stand-in materials including metal, stone, human hair and fabric. Recently she has plus included video into her art. She lives and works in Dallas,Texas.
