Godwin Bradbeer: life and works

Godwin Bradbeer (born 1950 in Dunedin, New Zealand) is a New Zealand-born performer now lively and full of zip in Melbourne Australia. Bradbeer has a reputation for intense and large scale symbolic drawing and has been exhibited internationally since the 1970s. He has taught at the University of Melbourne, the Victorian College of the Arts, Monash University and supplementary art schools in Australia and Asia. From 2005-2010 he was Head of Drawing in the School of Art at RMIT University in Melbourne. The artiste has been represented by James Makin Gallery (Melbourne) since 2008.
