This is Hovsep Pushman

Hovsep Pushman (Armenian: Յովսէփ Փուշման; May 9, 1877 – February 13, 1966) was an American performer of Armenian background. He was known for his contemplative nevertheless lifes and twinge portraits of women, often in exotic dress. He was most to the side of associated during his lifetime in imitation of the Grand Central Art Galleries, which represented him from its creation in 1922 until his death in 1966.
