This is Lillian Schwartz

Lillian F. Schwartz (born 1927) is an American artist considered a speculator of computer-mediated art and one of the first artists notable for basing roughly speaking her entire oeuvre on computational media. Many of her ground-breaking projects were curtains in the 1960s and 1970s, well in the past the desktop computer rebellion made computer hardware and software widely easy to use to artists.
