Luchita Hurtado ([luˈt͡ʃita urˈt̪aðo]; November 28, 1920 – August 13, 2020), born Luisa Amelia García Rodriguez Hurtado, was a Venezuelan-born American painter based in Santa Monica, California, and Arroyo Seco, New Mexico. Born in Venezuela, she moved to the United States as a child.
