Paul Victor Jules Signac ( SEEN-yak, seen-YAHK,French: [pɔl siɲak]; 11 November 1863 – 15 August 1935) was a French Neo-Impressionist painter who, working bearing in mind Georges Seurat, helped manufacture the Pointillist style.
