Antonio Gisbert Pérez (19 December 1834 – 27 November 1901) was a Spanish player situated upon the cusp in the middle of the realist and warm movements in art. He was known for painting pictures of important comings and goings in a country’s history in a possible style, yet simply with a diplomatic aim as well; his variance in styles puts him in the Spanish eclectic university of painters. He generally tried to promote avant-garde causes in his politics and paintings.
