My Love of Art and Watches such as Pulsar Watches
I produce art about horology and other things that interest me. The internet groups for watch connoisseurs have always been a great place to hang around and get stimulated.
Gripped by Time and Brands like Pulsar Watches
You know, there are so many reasons why we should captivated by time. Are you interested in the concept of time? I know I am. I’ve owned watches since I was a young boy, have you ever owned watches? What do you think about a Pulsar Watch? I love the juxtaposition of the precision involved in the crafting of quality mechanical watches and the precise nature of manufacturing of digital watches, against the chaotic freedom and human expressionism found in my art.Art isn’t a science, but watch manufacturing is! Don’t you just love the conflict between these two things.
Does the Price of a Watch Matter. Are Pulsar Watches in Your Price Range
Are you interested in all types of watch brands and not just the most expensive types. Digital or mechanical timepieces are fascinating to me. Quartz watches are often thought of as inferior in some people’s minds but did you know that quartz watches nearly demolished the Swish watch manufacturers because they were so precise and cheap to produce? Quartz is a glorious thing and is inside every computer. I use those computers to power the neural networks that help me produce art–how could I not love quartz? I’d wear quartz or a mechanical watch from Pulsar Watches if they produce either because it isn’t what influences my buying decisions.
Why are we so Passionate byHorology and Watch Brands Such as Pulsar Watches
Why do so many of us have this enthusiasm for chronometry? We’re overloaded with information in this modern world. These timepieces give us an opportunity to slow down and prize the tick and tock of life’s rhythms. Do you own any watches? Leave a comment below to let me know what watches you own, especially if you own a Pulsar Watch. Art is a way for humans to declare their humanity and helps us interrupt life’s rhythms and highlights to us what humans are capable of.
Any Brand Will Do. Would you Wear Pulsar Watches
The watch art I create can sometimes barely resemble the original timepieces most of the time, unless a client requests a commission of their particular watch, which I’m happy to do. If I created a piece of art with a Pulsar Watch, you might not even recognize it as a Pulsar Watch. I have collectors who want their timepiece to be the basis for the art I produce and others are just interested in the actual art.
We are Perfectly Imperfect. Do Pulsar Watches Represent Perfection for You?
The perfect art should be full of imperfections just like humanity is full of imperfections. Imagine trying to create imperfect art in a world where everything I use is perfect! From the code that creates the neural networks to the perfectionism in a digital world and the temptation to create perfection, that’s the real challenge. What shows this evolution of perfectionism more aptly than wristwatches? Do you consider a Pulsar Watch to represent perfection, or would you choose some other watch? Let me know in the comments.
Will Machines Steal Your Lunch. (Would you Own Pulsar Watches?)
Man and machine are starting to have to compete with each other more and more and now is a great time to explore and pronounce our humanity. If you could own any watch, what watch would you own? Would you be happy wearing a Pulsar Watch. Timepieces are a continuous reminder of the battle between order and chaos in everything we do. Entropy, decay and rebirth are concepts that are tightly entwined in many of my artworks. The fact I use the latest artificial intelligence technology to manufacture these works of art that are inspired by old tech(the wristwatches), I find really curious. Art is a visual language and using all these things together really speaks volumes about the messages I’m trying to convey.
The Tourbillion Complication. Would you buy a Pulsar Watch.
A tourbillon complication is such a fascinating movement but there is absolutely no requirement to have that in a timepiece, and yet, we keep it anyway, so interesting! Do we even need a timepiece these days? Probably not, but we still love them and keep them around. I have friends who buy watches, have you or your friends ever bought a Pulsar Watch. You never know what the future holds and there may come a time when we once again rely on watches. Apollo astronauts chose the Omega Speedmaster Chronograph wristwatch to go to space with. If the Apollo astronauts never had the Omega Chronograph watch they wouldn’t have been able to find their way back to earth when highly technical navigation equipment failed. In the future, we may suffer from various problems such as no electricity, etc. A mechanical wristwatch would become enormously useful then.
Anyone Can Afford to Appreciate Time. Pulsar Watches Might be Right for You
Anyone can afford a timepiece because they come in different price brackets. It doesn’t matter how much you spend, you can still start appreciating time and the invention of time keeping. What price range would you consider when buying a watch? Would a Pulsar Watch fit the bill for you?
The Uselessness of the Past
Some things get assigned to history while we continue to embrace other things that aren’t useful in a practical sense; and it’s so interesting.
Quartz! You Either Love It or Hate It
My neural networks use computers that use quartz crystals that act as a clock. I’m enthralled by metaverses and what they can potentially mean for the future of humanity but also appreciate the actual world. None of what I do could be done without the invention of accurate time and the ability to record it. That’s why I love a Pulsar Watch as much as any other watch. Old meets the new and it is the imperfection of humans that pushes this perfection we see all around us. I could go on and on about time and my excitement around these subjects and what they say about humanity but I choose to create art and say it visually.
Making Art is Thrilling. Do you Like My Art about Pulsar Watches
I am just as jovial creating art with the subject being a Pulsar Watch or any other brand. I’m not overly interested in the price of a particular brand that I choose to make art with, it’s the concept of time that really interests me.
