My Love of Art and Watches such as Ressence Watches
I’m an artist who is fascinated by watchmaking and consequently end up producing art about timepieces, such as Ressence Watches. I know quite a few timepiece connoisseurs online.
Quartz is a Modern Miracle
Computers that power my artificial networks use a quartz chip that serves as a clock. I like to play around in metaverses and probe future worlds, whilst remembering and valuing our physical. If it wasn’t for time, I couldn’t do any of what I do and I find this fascinating. That’s why I love a Ressence Watch as much as any other watch. The old meets the new and still it is humans and their imperfections that drive all of this perfection. I could go on and on about time and my passion around these subjects and what they say about humanity but I choose to create art and say it visually.

Art perfection is all about imperfection for me. Humans are imperfect and art is human expression. Perfect code produces the perfect neural networks that I use to co-create my art with artificial intelligence and the real pursuit for me is to create imperfect art. Watches really are perfection and so I find it a useful subject to express – through visual language – the friction between order and chaos that rages on. How Much Would You Pay for a Watch. Are Ressence Watches in Your Price Range
All wristwatches are great and you don’t have to limit yourself to just high-priced wristwatches. I am interested in both mechanical and digital wristwatches. Quartz was a modern-day miracle for watchmaking and nearly finished the Swish watch companies because they were so precise. Quartz is in the computers which powers my artificial intelligence networks that I use to make art with. I’d wear quartz or a mechanical watch from Ressence Watches if they produce either because it isn’t what influences my buying decisions.

We’re drawing nearer to a time where rivalry between man and machine and what it means to be human needs to be fully inspected and embraced. If you could own any watch, what watch would you own? Would you be happy wearing a Ressence Watch. Wristwatches prompt us of this battle between chaos and order. Entropy, decay and rebirth are concepts that are tightly entwined in many of my artworks. The fact I use the latest artificial intelligence technology to make these works of art that are inspired by old tech(the watches), I find really intriguing. Art is a visual language and using all these things together really speaks volumes about the messages I’m trying to convey.

The watch art I form can sometimes barely resemble the original watches most of the time, unless a client requests a commission of their particular timepiece, which I’m happy to do. If I created a piece of art with a Ressence Watch, you might not even recognize it as a Ressence Watch. Some collectors want their art to represent the watches they own and others just love the art, regardless of whether it resembles an actual watch.

A tourbillon complication is such a fascinating movement but there is absolutely no requirement to have that in a wristwatch, and yet, we keep it anyway, so interesting! Do we even require a watch these days? Probably not, but we still love them and keep them around. I have friends who buy watches, have you or your friends ever bought a Ressence Watch.There may come a time when watches are one of the only things we can rely on. Omega Speedmaster Chronograph is what the astronauts on the Apollo 13 space mission wore. The Omega chronograph allowed the astronauts to return to earth safely when the technical equipment on board the Apollo spacecraft stopped working. In the future, we may suffer from various problems such as no electricity, etc. A mechanical wristwatch would become enormously useful then.
