Why Art and Watches such as Richard Mille Watches
If you like watchmaking and art then you are in luck! I tend to create a lot of art with watches as the subject. The internet groups for timepiece collectors have always been a great place to hang around and get motivated.
Any Brand Will Do. Would you Wear Richard Mille Watches
The watch art I make can sometimes barely resemble the original wristwatches most of the time, unless a client requests a commission of their particular wristwatch, which I’m happy to do. If I created a piece of art with a Richard Mille Watch, you might not even recognize it as a Richard Mille Watch. Some collectors are very specific on what watches they like; and others just love the art whilst not caring what the subject originally was.
How Much Would You Pay for a Watch. Are Richard Mille Watches in Your Price Range
A watch brand doesn’t have to be exorbitant to appreciate it. I am interested in both mechanical and digital wristwatches. Quartz watches are often thought of as inferior in some people’s minds but did you know that quartz watches nearly finished the Swish watch manufacturers because they were so precise and inexpensive to produce? Quartz is a glorious thing and is inside every computer. I use those computers to power the neural networks that help me produce art–how could I not love quartz? I’d wear quartz or a mechanical watch from Richard Mille Watches if they produce either because it isn’t what influences my buying decisions.
Do we Need a Watch? Would you buy a Richard Mille Watch.
A tourbillon complication is a historically interesting technical innovation but isn’t needed in a wristwatch and yet we keep producing timepieces with tourbillon complications. Are timepieces even necessary today? Not really and yet we keep on using them. I have friends who buy watches, have you or your friends ever bought a Richard Mille Watch. There may come a time when timepieces are one of the only things we can rely on. The Omega Speedmaster Chronograph watch was the watch of choice for the Apollo astronauts. Did you know that it was the Omega Chronograph that helped astronauts safely navigate back to earth when their crippled spacecraft and much of its critical equipment lost functionality? In the future, we may suffer from various problems such as no electricity, etc. A mechanical wristwatch would become enormously useful then.
Humans Like to Think They are Perfect. Do Richard Mille Watches Represent Perfection for You?
My art aims at being imperfect, just like humans are imperfect. The pursuit for me is to achieve this imperfection through the means of perfect code that produces perfect neural networks in the age of digital perfectionism. Timepieces really are perfection and so I find it a useful subject to express – through visual language – the friction between order and chaos that rages on. Do you consider a Richard Mille Watch to represent perfection, or would you choose some other watch? Let me know in the comments.
Quartz is a Modern Miracle
My neural networks use computers that use quartz crystals that act as a clock. I like investigating what the metaverse and future worlds mean to humanity, whilst cherishing the real world. Literally, none of this would be possible without the concept and inventions of time-keeping. That’s why I love a Richard Mille Watch as much as any other watch. The old meets the new and still it is humans and their imperfections that drive all of this perfection. I could go on and on about time and my excitement around these subjects and what they say about humanity but I choose to create art and say it visually.
The Past and the Present
What’s interesting is what we keep and throw away and it isn’t always what’s useful or not useful.
Obsessed with Time and Brands like Richard Mille Watches
You know, there are so many reasons why we should interested in time. Are you captivated in the concept of time? I know I am. I’ve owned watches since I was a young boy, have you ever owned watches? What do you think about a Richard Mille Watch? There is a preciseness and perfection in the making of watches juxtaposed against the imperfection of humans that I try to portray in my art and find utterly curious.Art isn’t a science, but watch production is! Don’t you just love the conflict between these two things.
Human Versus Machine. (Would you Own Richard Mille Watches?)
Rivalry between man and machine is warming up and now is a good time to explore and adopt what it means to be human. If you could own any watch, what watch would you own? Would you be happy wearing a Richard Mille Watch. Watches are a great reminder of this battle between order and chaos. Entropy, decay and rebirth are tightly connected concepts that push my enthusiasm for creating art with groundbreaking technology that is inspired by these mechanical marvels. Art is a visual language and using all these things together really speaks volumes about the messages I’m trying to convey.
Anyone Can Afford to Appreciate Time. Richard Mille Watches Might be Right for You
Not everyone wants to spend a million greenbacks on a wristwatch, but everyone can afford a wristwatch. They all tell the time and that is something special. What price range would you consider when buying a watch? Would a Richard Mille Watch fit the bill for you?
Why are we so Passionate byWatchmaking and Watch Brands Such as Richard Mille Watches
Horometry rocks! Loads of us love it, but why is that? Like so many others, I like horometry, but why do we? We’re overloaded with information in this modern world. These timepieces give us an opportunity to slow down and value the tick and tock of life’s rhythms. Do you own any watches? Leave a comment below to let me know what watches you own, especially if you own a Richard Mille Watch. Art is a way for humans to express their humanity and helps us interrupt life’s rhythms and highlights to us what humans are capable of.
Time is Valuable. Do you Like My Art about Richard Mille Watches
It doesn’t matter to me if I use a Richard Mille Watch, or any other type of watch brand. Price of the wristwatch doesn’t matter to me because it is the concept of time that intrigues me.
