Abraham Govaerts (1589 – 9 September 1626) was a Flemish painter who specialized in little cabinet-sized reforest landscapes behind Jan Brueghel the Elder and Gillis van Coninxloo. He was a regular co-conspirator with further artists who were specialists in specific genres. Govaerts would paint the landscape though these specialists painted the figures, animals or nevertheless life elements.
