Charles Wheeler: 20 cool facts

Charles Stetson Wheeler (December 12, 1863 – April 27, 1923) was an American attorney who served as a Regent of the University of California, and he was a zealot of the Committee of Fifty operational to preserve order after the devastating flame following the earthquake of 1906 in San Francisco. Wheeler was lithe in Republican Party politics.
