This is Jan Vonck

Jan Vonck (1631, Torun, Poland – 1664, Amsterdam), was a Dutch Golden Age painter.

According to the RKD he was the son and pupil of his daddy Elias Vonck, and both were known for paintings of thriving birds in landscapes and hunting still lifes subsequent to dead poultry after the freshen of Joannes Fijt, Jan Baptist Weenix, Alexander Adriaenssen, and Melchior Hondecoeter. He was born in Poland even though his father was animated there and was full of zip with him in his workshop in Amsterdam by the 1640s. After the death of his father he continued the workshop and also made a few fish yet lifes after Abraham van Beijeren. He is along with known for painting thriving birds in one of Jacob van Ruisdael’s landscapes.
