Who is Lisa Roet?

Lisa Roet (born 14 June 1967) is an Australian player who lives and works in Melbourne. Roet is curious in the attachment between humans and primates and explores this attachment through her bronze sculptures, charcoal drawings, film and photography. She has travelled to remote areas in Borneo for dome observations of apes in forests in complement to involving herself in a range of residencies gone research centres and major international zoos.
