This is Maximilian Liebenwein

Maximilian Albert Josef Liebenwein (11 April 1869 – 17 July 1926) was an Austrian-German painter, graphic player and scrap book illustrator, in the Impressionist and Art Nouveau styles. He spent significant mature in Vienna, Munich and Burghausen, Altötting, and took an nimble part in the artistic community in whatever three places. He was an important supporter of the Vienna Secession, becoming its vice-president, and exhibiting bearing in mind the outfit many times.
