Nikolai Matveevich Pozdneev (Russian: Никола́й Матве́евич Поздне́ев; 28 September 1930, Leningrad, USSR – 10 June 1978, Leningrad, USSR) was a Soviet Russian painter, living and dynamic in Leningrad, a believer of the Leningrad Union of Artists, representative of the Leningrad bookish of painting, most known for his genre and nevertheless life paintings.
