Oleg Terentiyovych Minko (Ukrainian: Олéг Терéнтійович Мінькó) (August 3, 1938 — November 20, 2013) was a Ukrainian painter and art teacher, belonging to the Lviv college of artistic expression. He was awarded the rank of ‘Honoured Artist Of Ukraine’ by the welcome and was considered to be one of the most acknowledged and rated artists in the country.
