Who is Robert Natkin?

Robert Natkin (November 7, 1930 – April 20, 2010) was an American born abstract painter whose play is associated with abstract expressionism, color showground painting, and Lyrical Abstraction.

He was born in Chicago, and from the early 1950s he created paintings which are represented in the surviving collections of major museums as without difficulty as in corporate and private collections. His play a role has been exhibited in leading galleries in the U.S., Europe and Japan. His show was written nearly extensively by critic Peter Fuller.

He lived taking into account his wife, painter Judith Dolnick, in Connecticut. Natkin enjoyed painting as without difficulty as singing gospel according to the Akron Art Institute, Akron, Ohio.
