Who is Sergei Osipov?

Sergei Ivanovich Osipov (Russian: Серге́й Ива́нович О́сипов; 22 September 1915, Stepankovo, Bezhetsky Uyezd, Tver Governorate, Russian Empire – 1985, Leningrad, USSR) is a Russian painter, graphic artist, and art teacher, who lived and worked in Leningrad, a believer of the Leningrad branch of Union of Artists of Russian Federation. He regarded as one of the representatives of the Leningrad speculative of painting, most known for his landscape and still life paintings.
