For the Love of Art and Watches such as Swatch Watches
I’m an artist who is fascinated by chronometry and consequently end up creating art about wristwatches, such as Swatch Watches. I’m a member of various timepiece communities on the internet.
It Matters Not. Would you Wear Swatch Watches
The wristwatches I choose to form my art with aren’t always significant as they barely ever resemble the original timepieces, unless I get a request for a commission. If I created a piece of art with a Swatch Watch, you might not even recognize it as a Swatch Watch. Some collectors are very adamant on what wristwatches they want; and others just love the art whilst not caring what the subject originally was.
The Future Present and Past
Some things should probably be historical and yet we keep them around even though their usefulness has become unwarranted in the modern era–that’s very curious.
What is the Deal with Us Watch Enthusiasts? and Watch Brands Such as Swatch Watches
There are loads of us that are into horometry, but why? We live in such a fast-paced world and everything is served up to us instantly. Wristwatches are a superb way to relax and realize the slow, methodical ticks and tocks of life. Do you own any watches? Leave a comment below to let me know what watches you own, especially if you own a Swatch Watch. Art is an expressive means of representing humanity and what we’re capable of. It allows us to break the bonds of time and shows us what we’re capable of achieving when we do so.
Human Versus Machine. (Would you Own Swatch Watches?)
Man and machine are starting to compete on an equal basis and we need to find ways in which we can complement each other and work together, we need to investigate what it means to be human, and how we fit into this new criterion. If you could own any watch, what watch would you own? Would you be happy wearing a Swatch Watch. Timepieces are a great reminder of the battles we face between order and chaos. Entropy, decay and rebirth are concepts that are tightly entwined in many of my artworks. The fact I use the latest artificial intelligence technology to produce these works of art that are inspired by old tech(the watches), I find really intriguing. Art is a visual language and using all these things together really speaks volumes about the messages I’m trying to convey.
Making Art is Thrilling. Do you Like My Art about Swatch Watches
I am happy creating art with a Swatch Watch, or any other type of watch brand. I’m not overly interested in the price of a particular brand that I choose to form art with, it’s the concept of time that really interests me.
Interested in Time and Brands like Swatch Watches
There are multiple reasons to be completely and utterly obsessed with time. Are you interested in the concept of time? I know I am. I’ve owned watches since I was a young boy, have you ever owned watches? What do you think about a Swatch Watch? There is a preciseness and perfection in the production of watches juxtaposed against the imperfection of humans that I try to portray in my art and find utterly intriguing.Art isn’t a science, but watch manufacturing is! Don’t you just love the conflict between these two things.
The Tourbillion Complication. Would you buy a Swatch Watch.
Tourbillon complications in timepieces are not a necessary feature and yet we keep them around. There is also no real need for a wristwatch when we all carry around mobile phones. I have friends who buy watches, have you or your friends ever bought a Swatch Watch. This doesn’t mean that timepieces will never be needed again. The Omega Speedmaster Chronograph was worn by the Apollo 13 astronauts. If the Apollo astronauts never had the Omega Chronograph watch they wouldn’t have been able to find their way back to earth when highly technical navigation equipment failed. In the future, we may suffer from various problems such as no electricity, etc. A mechanical wristwatch would become enormously useful then.
Quartz! You Either Love It or Hate It
My neural networks use computers that use quartz crystals that serve as a clock. I’m interested in investigating metaverses whilst also valuing the physical world. If it wasn’t for time, I couldn’t do any of what I do and I find this fascinating. That’s why I love a Swatch Watch as much as any other watch. Old meets the new and it is the imperfection of humans that drives this perfection we see all around us. I could endlessly expand on my enthusiasm and curiosity of time, and if anyone would be stupid enough to ask me to do so, I could probably bore them for a very long time on the subject.
All Watches Are Modern Marvels. Are Swatch Watches in Your Price Range
Are you into all brands of watches, not just the exorbitant ones? I am interested in both mechanical and digital wristwatches. Quartz was a modern-day miracle for watchmaking and nearly dismantled the Swish watch companies because they were so accurate. Quartz is a glorious thing and is inside every computer. I use those computers to power the neural networks that help me produce art–how could I not love quartz? I’d wear quartz or a mechanical watch from Swatch Watches if they produce either because it isn’t what influences my buying decisions.
We can all Appreciate Time. Swatch Watches Might be Right for You
Not everyone wants to spend a million bills on a wristwatch, but everyone can afford a wristwatch. They all tell the time and that is something special. What price range would you consider when buying a watch? Would a Swatch Watch fit the bill for you?
Humans Like to Think They are Perfect. Do Swatch Watches Represent Perfection for You?
My art tries to be imperfect, just like humans are imperfect. Imagine trying to create imperfect art in a world where everything I use is perfect! From the code that creates the neural networks to the perfectionism in a digital world and the temptation to create perfection, that’s the real challenge. Does anything portray this perfection more than wristwatches? Do you consider a Swatch Watch to represent perfection, or would you choose some other watch? Let me know in the comments.
