Will Machines Steal Your Lunch. (Would you Own Tutima Watches?)
Humans and machines can either compete or cooperate and now is a good time to investigate what that actually means and what we actually are as humans. If you could own any watch, what watch would you own? Would you be happy wearing a Tutima Watch. Wristwatches allow us to be reminded of the battle between chaos and order we face in life. Entropy, decay and rebirth are tightly connected concepts that push my fervour for creating art with state-of-the-art technology that is influenced by these mechanical marvels. Art is a visual language and using all these things together really speaks volumes about the messages I’m trying to convey.
What is in a Name. Would you Wear Tutima Watches
The watches I choose to form my art with aren’t always significant as they barely ever look like the original wristwatches, unless I get a request for a commission. If I created a piece of art with a Tutima Watch, you might not even recognize it as a Tutima Watch. Some collectors are very adamant on what timepieces they want; and others just enjoy the art whilst not caring what the subject originally was.
Does a Watch Have to be Expensive to be Beautiful. Are Tutima Watches in Your Price Range
All timepieces are great and you don’t have to limit yourself to just very expensive timepieces. I am interested in both mechanical and digital watches. Did you know that quartz watches nearly demolished the Swish watch industry because they were so accurate? Quartz is in the computers which enables my artificial intelligence networks that I use to make art with. I’d wear quartz or a mechanical watch from Tutima Watches if they produce either because it isn’t what influences my buying decisions.
Quartz is a Modern Miracle
Computers that power my artificial networks use a quartz chip that functions as a clock. I like to play around in metaverses and explore future worlds, whilst remembering and cherishing our actual. None of this would be thinkable without time and our ability to record it. That’s why I love a Tutima Watch as much as any other watch. Old meets the new and it is the imperfection of humans that drives this perfection we see all around us. I could talk about all of this for days and bore the hind legs off a donkey, but I’ll just continue to create art and express it in a visual manner.

Think about the tourbillon complication in a timepiece. There’s actually no requirement for a tourbillon complication these days; and there isn’t really a need for a mechanical wrist watch either at present. I have friends who buy watches, have you or your friends ever bought a Tutima Watch.That isn’t to say there won’t come a time when mechanical timepieces will never be required again, though. Omega Speedmaster Chronographs were worn by the Apollo Space astronauts. The Omega Chronograph watch was what gave the astronauts the ability to get back to earth safely when their rocket instruments malfunctioned. None of us know the future and what disasters we may face. What if there is no electricity, for instance.

Art perfection is all about imperfection for me. Humans are imperfect and art is human expression. It’s a real challenge to create imperfection when I’m using perfect code to create perfect artificial intelligence in a perfect world of digital perfection.
