This is Vilhelm Kyhn

Peter Vilhelm Carl Kyhn (March 30, 1819 – May 11, 1903) was a Danish landscape painter who belonged to the generation of national loving painters sharply after the Danish Golden Age and in the past the Modern Breakthrough. Even even if he outlived many of his artistic peers by several decades, he remained a traditionalist and expressed mighty criticism of many of the supplementary trends in the painting of his day.

Kyhn along with played a role as an educator, establishing several substitute art schools, including a painting hypothetical for women which was attended by Anna Ancher, among others.
