Vladimir Ivanovich Ovchinnikov (Russian: Влади́мир Ива́нович Овчи́нников; July 14, 1911, Saratov, Russian Empire – June 22, 1978, Leningrad, USSR) was a Soviet, Russian painter, lived and worked in Leningrad, member of the Leningrad branch of Union of Artists of Russian Federation, regarded as one of the leading representatives of the Leningrad college of painting, most well-known for his landscape paintings.
